College & University Screenings

Executive Producer Patrick Sammon has presented the film at more than 35 colleges and universities.

The story of Alan Turing’s life and legacy is a powerful educational tool, so this film is a popular program at academic institutions around the world. Given Turing’s wide influence, CODEBREAKER is relevant to students in a variety of academic disciplines including Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, History, Informatics, Information Security, LGBT Studies, Mathematics, and Philosophy.

In the US, more than 35 colleges and universities have hosted special screenings of CODEBREAKER. Executive Producer Patrick Sammon typically attends these screenings to introduce the film and offer Q&A afterward. Please contact Patrick for more details about scheduling a screening.

Beyond the US, CODEBREAKER has been screened at 14 universities in 10 countries: Manchester Metropolitan University, Reykjavik University, Universiteit van Amsterdam, University of Auckland, The University of Bergen (Norway), University of Buenos Aires, Université Claude Bernard – Lyon, The University of Melbourne, The University of New South Wales, The University of Nice, Université du Québec à Montréal, University of Southern Denmark, University of Manchester, and Waterloo University (Ontario, Canada)

DVDs are available to purchase for high schools, colleges, and universities. There’s a special rate for academic institutions. The DVD comes with a public screening license to allow screenings with up to 50 attendees. For academic screenings larger than 50 people or where attendees will pay an attendance fee, please contact the producers.
